WELCOME
Welcome to The Foundation at 736. We
have reinvented ourselves to serve you in new and in familiar ways.
Formerly, we operated as 736 Java, a coffeehouse
where friends met, where for over a decade we had poetry, jazz, art
exhibits, think tanks, marketplaces, and private events —
and out of that birthed marriages, doctors, lawyers, business owners,
educators, artists, and amazing people who have contributed so much to
this community.
We have hosted your receptions, parties, meetings,
bridal and baby showers, family reunions, lecture series and so much
more. Our value to this community is you and we thank you for your years
of support and welcome you to our new venture.
We are proud to reintroduce ourselves as The
Foundation at 736 for it is that which anything of substance
and sustainability is built. This space has been a foundation for me and
for many of you in different ways, so we invite you back to host your
event, meeting or party, and to let you know what new services we have
available.
